Visiting open houses are highly recommended because it gives you an opportunity to see what the homes layout feels like and also see how you like the surrounding neighborhood. Remember to wear footwear you can easily slip on and off. We will be happy to put together a list of open houses for you. We can attend with you, or you can go on your own. It’s typical for agents that are hosting an open house to ask you to sign-in. Let the host agent know that we are your realtors –

this will let them know you are already represented.
