We wanted to be the first to let you know about changes that took place at The Block 803 Waimanu this past week. LIST International, our parent company to LIST Sotheby's International Realty and co-developer, moved to an investor position and now takes the role as a lender rather than co-developer. Developer, Franco Mola of MJF Development Corporation remains the sole developer. Oceanfront Sotheby’s International Realty graciously stepped in to assist as the Listing Broker and will represent the project. We are all working together to realize a seamless transition and will continue to help with the sales to successful completion.

Sales Activity Update

There are no expected delays and we have seen a surge in activity and sales with the anticipated second phase of HHFDC units coming on line for sale. The HHFDC units will be released soon and with the extensive advertising push planned, we anticipate a sellout of all remaining HCDA units before the HHFDC units. Please be reminded that all the HCDA units have a parking stall, the remaining units do NOT have a shared appreciation and only have a 5-year buyback restriction. 62 out of 77 HHFDC units do NOT come with a parking stall, all units have a shared appreciation and a 10- year restriction.
