Hawaii is a wonderful place to visit and amazing place to live. For some, we choose Hawaii and others their career chooses for them. For those in the military, Hawaii is a place many end up at some point in their career. Regardless, we are here to help you get settled and find you that perfect place you will call home.  We have worked with many Veterans and their families over our 46+ years of selling Hawaii real estate. Although you may have done this before, Hawaii can feel like a foreign country and we are here to help navigate your home search, neighborhood and community connection, purchase and sale of your home when the time is right. Any move can be chaotic, rushed and stressful, our goal is to help make this process as smooth as possible.  If you are unfamiliar with Hawaii and all the neighborhoods, we help answer questions and share our local expertise with you.  We understand that purchasing sight unseen (without seeing the home) isn’t realistic for most but yes we do this often if needed. But, we recommend you visiting prior to your arrival; a house hunting trip or some may want to rent for the first 3-6 months first before they purchase.  We can assist with any route you choose to take.  Just give us a call and we can create that plan together.
